    We believe that our nation desperately needs a cultural transformation that can only come with God’s intervention. Answering this call to join our organization is a career move we take seriously.   • NSCA is a faith-financed organization and depends on the generosity of donors to support the mission. Each NSCA position includes responsibility for developing and implementing a funding plan as part of the preparation and onboarding process prior to being hired.

    As NSCA “Supported Staff”, trust God for their role, each is able to invite individuals, churches and other organizations to be active in NSCA’s mission through prayer, volunteering and financial commitments.

    In addition, NSCA provides support, coaching, and other vital resources to support NSCA staff persons spiritually, financially and emotionally. Senior NSCA Team Members will support you every step of the way to ensure integrity and advancement of the mission.
