Identify Chaplain Candidates

Step 1: NSCA works with local churches to find the best candidates to become school chaplains. These individuals are already embedded in the community, which means they understand the culture and needs of local schools. NSCA provides full training and certification to equip them for this unique calling.

Equip & Commission

Step 2: Chaplains trained from your church receive not only the credentials but the ongoing spiritual support they need. Your church becomes a sending base—a launchpad—for sustainable ministry to public schools.
