01 02 03 04 As a U.S. Merchant Marine Commander, Rocky was sentenced to life in a Mexican federal prison for conspiracy to over through the national government and international drug trafficking in a misguided attempt to help indigenous people in southern Mexico. Yet, arrest, sentencing, incarceration, and pardon occurred in a miraculously in 72 hours. Thinking he had a “Get out of Jail” card from God, he soon found himself involved in another insurrection, this time in Bolivia. And again, the Lord intervened, saving him from death. His zeal to preach the Gospel, combined with his high tolerance for risk and adventure, landed him on the Honduran border of Nicaraguan during the Sandinista Civil war in 1989. That is where he met his wife and ministry partner, Joske, a Dutch nurse serving in the conflict. Together they began ministering to the children – the victims of war, sex trafficking, and slavery. They quickly realized the best strategy to prevent the victimization of children was to keep them in school. Twenty-eight years of living in various Latin American countries resulted in an international program ministering to PK-12 children in over 23,000 schools in 23 countries. In 2021, Rocky and his family moved to Houston, Texas. The mission: to bring their international successes to U.S. public schools through chaplains. The vision is simple: to give school-aged children the tools they need to make quality life decisions based on a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Rocky and Joske were married in Groningen, Holland in 1990 and have five beautiful children, all serving the Lord. They currently live in The Woodlands (Houston), Texas. Mr. Anderson is principal of 1CapitalPartner and serves as financial advisor to corporate clients worldwide. He has held executive positions in the commercial banking industry where he was responsible for developing businesses in several industries. In addition to his position on the Mission Generation board, Mr. Anderson is actively involved with other Christian ministry organizations that support a global men’s movement and transformational, sustainable, and scalable humanitarian projects throughout Africa. Todd lives in beautiful Southern California with his two daughters. Mr. Mack is a Realtor and Co-Owns a Real Estate Team with his beautiful wife Theresa in San Diego, CA. Jonathan loves the Lord, his family, and serving both God & others through church and work. Born and raised in San Diego, he decided to follow his father’s footsteps by attending and graduating from the University of Notre Dame. He began his career in Land Development-Civil Engineering, and eventually joined his wife Theresa in starting a top producing real estate team in San Diego, CA. Mr. Delgado leads the sales and marketing team for Austin, Texas-based company Buildfax, a leading provider of property intelligence data. Jason is passionate about the Lord, family and country. Born to teenage parents in a small South Texas town, Jason was the first in his family to attend college and graduated from the University of Texas. He began his career in sales and marketing, and expanded into professional services and management consulting. Jason and his wife, Rachel, live with their four children in Texas City, Texas. Mrs. Delgado serves as a trustee at a local community college, manages her family’s rental property business, and homeschools their four children ages: 17, 14, 11, and 8. She is devoted to helping her children and everyone she encounters develop their God-given potential and is thankful for the opportunity to partner with Mission Generation to bring a message of hope to the world. CEO – Rocky Malloy Mr. Malloy is the chief executive officer and founder of Mission Generation. After serving as a U.S. Merchant Marine officer, Rocky started ministry on the church staff in San Diego, CA. He was a humanitarian aid worker in Central America during the Sandinista-Contra conflict before returning to the pastorate in La Marque, TX. With his wife, Joske, Rocky established the River of Life Church in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and founded Mission Generation. A native of North Carolina, a published author, and a proud father of five children, Mr. Malloy directs all international and domestic activities of Mission Generation and its affiliate ministries. Prior to working his way up in the Sonic franchise, he owned several restaurants in Oklahoma. Allen serves with multiple nonprofits including Greater Dimensions Ministry. He also serves on the Board of Directors at his home church, The House Church in Pauls Valley. Bob Thatcher is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Professional with 35+ years of successful Brokerage, Asset Management, Development & Appraisal experience. He is skilled in multiple property types; including Retail, Industrial, Office, Agricultural & Recreational Land; and is adept at Business & Franchise Brokerage as well. Thatcher is an award winning shopping center executive with extensive experience executing the role of General Manager/Director of Leasing of enclosed regional malls, open-air centers & free-standing assets. He is currently affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor. He and his wife Julie live in Elkhart, Indiana. Their daughter Madison, her husband John, and two precious grandchildren live in Chicago, IL. Bob has been a strong advocate for Mission Generation and have served as the Indiana State Director for 17 years. I’m personally very excited about the future growth of the Mission Generation program; certainly, here in the USA. In fact, given the dramatic changes occurring throughout society and the education mountain, I’ve come to realize that growing the MG Chaplain program is not just an opportunity, but honestly represents more of a mandate. I believe that Mission Generation and its leadership have a “Spiritual Mantle” that will continue to manifest. Amen! Mr. Morse spent 39 years working as a System Engineer, System Integrator and later as a Business Director at three aerospace companies (Rocketdyne, Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems). Over the 39 years he teamed with Space Command, Airforce, Navy, Army and nine of the sixteen US Intelligence Agency customers as a contractor on numerous successful programs. He enjoys science / technology and loves Jesus even more. God made everything in this world, and we are little children discovering the Creator’s mysteries for the benefit of all humanity. Howard is a native Californian now residing in Meridian, Idaho. Howard is married to his lovely wife Eileen, and they have two boys (Howard and Timothy) and two grandchildren (Max and Grace).
